Avon Dassett Community Benefit Society Limited - Policies & Regulations
Avon Dassett Community Benefit Society Limited has adopted a number of internal policies to strengthen our governance and to try to ensure that we meet the high standards that our members have a right to expect.
These include:
- a Code of Conduct covering the conduct of Management Committee members
- an Interest Payment Policy which details the circumstances under which we will pay interest to our members
- an Internal Regulations Policy which complements the Rules of the Society
- a Shareholding Policy governing the structure for members share holdings
